Luke Rife

SAN DIEGO - 16 year old, Luke Rife, can rip when he's out in the water with a surf board under his feet. He's lucky enough to have Charter School work around his surfing and is currently sponsored by Matuse Wetsuits, Ezekiel, and Dragon Alliance.
