The viral success of a Cheerios integration into The Ellen DeGeneres Show inspired a partnership with VIMBY and the creation of the “One Million Acts of Good” shopper marketing initiative. The program recognized that people need an infusion of positivity and aimed to help shoppers recognize the good moments and good doers that bring meaning to our day-to-day.
VIMBY’s filmmaking crews set out to help Cheerios and Walmart amplify positive gestures throughout the country and to capture and share “moments of good” with the world. Together we proved that acknowledging and celebrating “good’ could generate positive energy while driving sales and impacting shopper behavior.
