General Mills: Box Tops For Education
Raising Awareness, One Story At A Time
VIMBY has worked extensively with Box Tops for Education, working with school systems, nonprofits and corporate partners to celebrate educators, recognize school staff, and highlight the needs and issues inherent to the education system. We have shot content in well over 100 schools across the country covering everything from the importance of Black male teachers in our elementary schools to the impact of food insecurity in schools across the country.

As part of its mission to “help children achieve their full potential,” Box Tops for Education and General Mills partnered with the non profit organization Black Men Teach, which works to increase the number of Black male teachers in elementary classrooms. VIMBY documented the importance of the work being done in Minnesota as well as General Mills ongoing commitment to equity in education.
